WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 1, 2023) Earlier today, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to expel Representative George Santos. Last month, the House Ethics Committee released a 56-page report accusing Santos of committing fraud, embezzling campaign funds, and stealing some identities of those who supported his initial campaign. During his brief time in Washington, Santos introduced 40 bills, none of which received a single vote of support, reports NBC News. Santos served less than one term in office.

Additionally, controlled portions aid digestion, prevent discomfort, and promote mindful eating habits, fostering overall well-being and energy levels. As we age, we need less calories because our metabolism slows down. A strategy might be to eat better quality foods over quantity.

(5) Eat more fruit and vegetables while cutting down on the salt. (5) Maintain a positive outlook and try to help others through good deeds. (6) Keep your mind engaged by reading, learning a new language, or writing that novel. The points outlined above a not a blueprint but they just might make life a little better.

Social Media is going to be around for awhile. Once you get past the idea that social media commodifies the individual by making them a product to be bought and sold like digital slaves, there might be some value in it. We stay connected with people and abreast of the world around us. BUT, you know you are using social media too much when it is the first thing you check in the morning and the last thing you check at night. Finally, a great way to regain control would be to reestablish face-to-face relationships with friends and family. Have a real relationship, you'll love it!
