CHESTER COUNTY, Pa (September 13, 2023) After two weeks of running from police officers, dogs, and drones, the convicted murderer, Danelo Cavalcante, was captured around 8 am EDT in a wooded area in Chester County, Pennsylvania. “I feel like an incredible weight has been lifted off us,” said Michele Bauer, who lives nearby and witnessed the turmoil caused by Cavalcante’s jailbreak. Beginning next month, Cavalcante will be tried for a separate murder he allegedly committed in Brazil.

It helps maintain a healthy weight, reducing the risk of obesity and related conditions like diabetes and heart disease. Additionally, controlled portions aid digestion, prevent discomfort, and promote mindful eating habits, fostering overall well-being and energy levels. As we age, we need less calories because our metabolism slows down. A strategy might be to eat better quality foods over quantity.

(5) Eat more fruit and vegetables while cutting down on the salt. (5) Maintain a positive outlook and try to help others through good deeds. (6) Keep your mind engaged by reading, learning a new language, or writing that novel. The points outlined above a not a blueprint but they just might make life a little better.

Social Media is going to be around for awhile. Once you get past the idea that social media commodifies the individual by making them a product to be bought and sold like digital slaves, there might be some value in it. We stay connected with people and abreast of the world around us.
