CHESTER COUNTY, Pa (September 13, 2023) After two weeks of running from police officers, dogs, and drones, the convicted murderer, Danelo Cavalcante, was captured around 8 am EDT in a wooded area in Chester County, Pennsylvania. “I feel like an incredible weight has been lifted off us,” said Michele Bauer, who lives nearby and witnessed the turmoil caused by Cavalcante’s jailbreak. Beginning next month, Cavalcante will be tried for a separate murder he allegedly committed in Brazil.

SANTA MONICA (September 8, 2023) Caught between a rock and a hard place, Elon Musk seemingly didn't authorize internet connectivity or possibly switched it off when the Ukrainian military planned a drone strike against the Russian Navy in Sevastopol. Starlink, one of Musk's many companies, has provided mobile internet connectivity to the Ukraine since the beginning of Russia's invasion. Musk said he didn't enable the internet use because he feared Russia would retaliate with nuclear weapons. The Ukrainians said Musk's actions allowed for further Russian bombings resulting in the deaths of innocent children.

As we age, we need less calories because our metabolism slows down. A strategy might be to eat better quality foods over quantity.

(6) Keep your mind engaged by reading, learning a new language, or writing that novel. The points outlined above a not a blueprint but they just might make life a little better.
